Oppelia 44 (Oppelia Loire-Atlantique) is the Loire-Atlantique branch of the French national non-profit Oppelia, formed in 2013 from four addiction-care establishments in Nantes and Saint-Nazaire. It runs CSAPA treatment centres and CAARUD harm-reduction services offering free, optionally anonymous support for people with addictions and their families.
